What we insist on is that you are a cash funded buyer and have a solicitor ready and in funds to complete on a transaction in seven days if required.
If you have read the rest of the website, you will see that this is our key selling point to prospective sellers. They are prepared to discount their property for a quick sale. This can only be done if no mortgage companies are involved. Of course this does not stop you from re-mortgaging after the purchase has gone through. It just can not be done as a condition of exchange.
We believe our service for investors is unique in the UK today. All our properties are genuinely below true market value which make them ideal buy-to-let investments as they have equity built in. We do not buy properties off developers in bulk to achieve discounts. We believe that these newly built properties are over valued in the first place so the discount is meaningless. All MPG properties are secured at genuine discounts to true market value and because they are not new builds there is plenty of evidence to support our valuations.
MPG Investments charges no fees whatsoever. There are no introduction fees, no seminar fees and no monthly fees. Our profit is only made in the difference between what we buy the property for and what we sell it for. This makes everything totally transparent. If we buy a property at the right price then we will have no problem finding an investor buyer for it. The more investors we have the quicker we sell them.
