When a client accepts an offer from MPG that is exactly the sum that they will receive on completion, subject to using our solicitors. Even if a client were to use their own solicitor we would still pay the bulk of their legal fees.
As a cash-funded private buyer, we can complete on a sale in as little as 7 days. We do not need to wait for approval for a mortgage company. Other companies promise a 7-day sale - what this may mean is exchange within 7 days and then a long wait until completion. At MPG when we promise completion within 7 days, that's exactly what we mean.
We do not charge any fees for a sale to MPG. We offer free valuations throughout the UK - all we ask is that our clients are serious about a sale before we agree to vist their property.
We insist all our clients have independent legal advice before selling to MPG or entering into a tenancy agreement with us.
We can arrange free legal services from a recommended solicitor - however, their advice remains totally independent of MPG at all times.
All "sell and rent back" clients are protected by a standard AST (Assured Short-hold Tenancy). This is a legally binding document that guarantees tenancy for the period agreed within the AST.
At MPG, our maximum tenancy term is 3 years.
Our rental fees reflect current market value for the area and are fixed for the period of the AST.
All deposits are held by the new Deposit Protection Agency and at no time are held by MPG.All client records, transactions and communications with MPG are held to be confidential unless required for legal purposes.
We take complaints very seriously and deal with any customer issues with the utmost urgency. As a small company, any customer complaints are immediately referred to the managing director who deals with them in personal communication with the client.
