FAQs for landlords

Do you buy properties with tenants?

Yes. We're happy to give you a quick property sale with tenants in place, even non-paying tenants.

What happens to the tenants?

Exactly the same as if you still owed the property. The tenants are protected by the contract which may or may not be renewed depending on what they and MPG investments want.

Do you buy properties with sitting tenants in?

Yes. Buying this sort of property takes specialist knowledge. MPG Investments are comfortable with the risked involved here. Additionally we have the cash funds to complete on a purchase of a property with a sitting tenant as these are very difficult to buy with mortgages.

What sort of properties do you buy?

We buy all types of property, but mainly houses and flats.

Do you buy property in any condition?

Yes. Many of the properties we buy are in need of improvement, which is why estate agents find them difficult to sell.

Do you buy properties in all areas?

Yes. As a national company we can buy properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

I want to sell my property but protect the rights of my tenants?

Your tenants will be protected by any existing contracts and agreements that you have in place. We always try to find the best solution for everyone concerned. MPG solutions are flexible, which means we will tailor them to suit your needs.
